I recently started running. Well, not really. I recently started jogging. I do not go long distances, and I do not go fast. I jog on a treadmill at the gym. I have been on treadmills before, and I have always had a hard time finding my balance on them. For some reason, I always feel like I am about to trip over my own feet, hit my head on the control panel (is that what it's called?), and be thrown backwards into the weight-lifting area.
